This home has something for everyone offering a living room, reading area, eat-in kitchen, outdoor patio with large fan and Tesla charger, and private outdoor shower. You may even bring the family pet! Pet allowed with a $250 nonrefundable pet fee.

We had a great stay with only a couple of initial problems that were attended to immediately. One was a problem with one of the bathroom sinks. We had a plumber arrive within an hour. The other problem was not enough washcloths for our length of stay. All we had to do is ask, and this was also taken care within a few minutes.The home was clean and efficient. We loved that it was so near the beach. My husband and I took a walk each morning on the beach and in the beautiful communities nearby Thank you, and we hope to see you again.

Beautiful and quaint home that accommodated our party of 5 with plenty of room. A couple of more guests could have been added comfortably. The location was central and perfect for our needs. My only real suggestion is a railing for the front entrance. The steps for my 76 year old husband were very hard to navigate and a rail would have helped tremendously.

We were looking for a home with character that was dog-friendly and walkable to restaurants and the beach, and this was the ideal spot! We loved the space and decor. We found all the things we needed to hang at home, though with easy access to dining, we didn’t cook that often. We were here to celebrate a birthday so we enjoyed cocktails at home before walking over to the great dining options minutes away! The side yard was perfect and if the weather had been better, I think we would have spent much more time outside. With two dogs with us, we appreciated the fenced back yard. It was just enough space for light exercise and potty breaks, and the park across the street and nearby beach allowed for more room to romp and play. Our son loved the bunk beds, and wanted to change beds every night to test them all! So much fun! We appreciated having the ability to walk to Crab Daddies and Fiddler’s, and even a little longer walk down to the pier area. We LOVE St. Simons and would definitely return to this house!
