About this house rental

Lovely holiday home with swimming pool and a large private garden a 5-minute walk from the beach. It is located next to our other holiday home object no. 1930405
A spacious holiday home, situated on the edge of a Roompot holiday park for 8 people. The house is situated on approximately 1000 m2 of land with parking space for 3 cars, a beautiful garden with heated swimming pool, 2 large terraces, a large wind screen and lots of grass for children playing. The house is suitable for two families. The entrance offers access to a light spacious living room with doors to the back garden and terraces. The living room has a sitting area, dining area and a modern open kitchen with all modern conveniences. The ground floor has a spacious bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, one of which is very spacious with four beds.
The heated swimming pool is open from 1 May to 1 October.

Es hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen, werden wir sehr gerne nochmals buchen. Alles für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub war vorhanden. Dennoch folgende Verbesserungsvorschläge: Eine SAT Schüssel für mehr, auch internationale Fernsehsender, sowie ein etwas größerer Fernseher im Wohnzimmer wären begrüßenswert. Der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer hing zwar an der Wand, er war aber ohne Kabel/Verbindung, sollte für zukünftige Gäste angeschlossen sein. Auch die Liegestühle gehören ausgetauscht, diese sind wetterbedingt spröde und somit brechen diese leicht, was während unserem Aufenthalt passierte und was schlimmstenfalls zu Verletzungen führen kann. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Von einem Luxushaus kann hier leider nicht die Rede sein.Das Objekt ist mehr als minimalistisch und eher karg eingerichtet.Kaum ausreichend Geschirr ,keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten weder im Wohnraum,noch in der Küche……schade!

Die Ausstattung Handtuchhalter, Ablagemöglichkeiten (Spiegelschrank) fehlen. Es waren nicht 3 Bäder, sondern 1 Duschbad ohne WC, 1 Mini-Gäste-WC, 1 Badezimmer ohne Duschanlage, aber mit Whirlpool-Badewanne. Beide Spülkästen bei den Toiletten füllten sich nur sehr sehr langsam.

Ein kleines Paradies

Dieses Haus ist einfach nur wundervoll. Alles vom feinsten. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist traumhaft: nah am Zentrum und am Strand und doch ruhig mit viel Privatsphäre. Das Highlight aber ist der Pool und der Terrassenbereich. Hier fühlt man sich wie die Königsfamilie höchstpersönlich. Allein die Anlage vom Pool ist sein Geld wert. Sogar wenn das Wetter nicht so toll ist, kann man den Pool nutzen, da er perfekt geheizt ist. Und die Gegend ist sowieso traumhaft. Die Strände sind für uns die schönsten in Zeeland. Wer es hier nicht klasse findet, ist selber schuld. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Vanaf j.l. vrijdag hebben wij boven vermeld huis gehuurd. Een prachtig huis met alles er op en aan. Jammer was het echter dat het weer niet het weer niet zo heel erg meewerkte en wij de hele zondag binnen hebben gezeten. Een opmerking wilde wij graag plaatsen en dat is wat meer spiegels in het huis. b.v. boven op de kamers en beneden op het toilet en. Onze "dames" zijn nog al ijdel en hebben stuk voor stuk veel tijd voor de spiegel nodig, en viltjes onder de poten van de eetkamer stoelen zodat ze makkelijker en geluidlozer aanschuiven. Wij hebben wij het prima naar ons zin gehad.
