Property is nice and clean on the marina.

Property is nice and clean on the marina, and it's a really nice place. You can cook yourself or go to nearby restaurants.

The whole booking process and key collection was very painful. I had to register on 2 additional websites, pay extra - more than listed on booking.com - and I'm still waiting for the deposit back which was supposed to be returned after 14 days MAX. It's been over a month now - no communication or reason provided. You can't pay on booking.com which makes you question de security of the operation. This is not described on booking.com. You have to bring a printed form, or you will not get access to the keys. Your official ID or passport don't do. People are really difficult to get on the phone during office hours, let alone out of these.

Helemaal NIET huisdiervriendelijk !

Mooi modern en ruim apartement

In de titel op Booking.com staat zeer duidelijk 'pet friendly' vermeld. Ook op deze website staat er bij de faciliteiten heel duidelijk huisdieren toegestaan. Helaas NA het boeken en dus betalen krijgen we het reisbescheiden waarin plots staat dat er geen huisdieren toegestaan zijn. Na contact met Booking.com bleek inderdaad dat er geen huisdieren welkom zijn, en daarbovenop konden we ook niet meer annuleren! Erger nog, we moesten nog een som extra betalen aan belvilla, waar Booking.com ook geen uitleg voor had. Geen compensatie of niets ontvangen, terwijl we wel opvang hebben moeten zoeken voor onze viervoeters. En het feit dat we ze niet mee konden nemen op weekend. Tot op de dag van vandaag staat dit appartement nog steeds als 'pet friendly' te huur via Booking.com. Opgepast dus want je komt van een koude douche thuis bij het boeken hiervan!

-Heel ruim en proper appartement. -Leuk terras met zicht op de haven. -Alles aanwezig. -Afgesloten fietsen berging voor 4 pers, met mogelijkheid tot laden elektrische fietsen.

-Warme kamers (1 kamer met mobiele airco) -Afvoer douche. -Heel veel mails omtrent het reserveren en info. - Onmiddellijk volledige bedrag betaald en dag nadien nog een mail om onmiddellijk extra kost te betalen, waarvan eerst niets van vermeld stond. Bleek dan om reservatiekost en bedlinnen te gaan, maar was fijn geweest als dit vermeld werd op voorhand.

Neue, moderne Einrichtung, offene Küche im Wohnraum, Blick auf den kleinen Hafen, ruhige entspannte Umgebung, Parkmöglichkeiten , Supermärkte in direkter Nähe

Nur eins der beiden Schlafzimmer ist ansprechend eingerichtet, das zweite Schlafzimmer ist beengt, und das Fenster darin lässt sich nicht öffnen. Entfernung zum Strand
