The design villa is situated in the dune landscape and has a large private garden. With friends, relatives or your own family, a holiday home for 8 persons in the Netherlands offers plenty of space for the entire company. Our villa is situated on a wonderful location in Zeeland, within walking distance of the Banjaardstrand. In addition to a maximum of 8 people, a maximum of 2 dogs are welcome in our holiday home. Together, in the heart of nature, you will enjoy long days on the beach, the sun and of course each other.

Good location, 10 min walk to the beach; suitable for up to 8; furniture already worn down a bit; the two double beds are a bit loud (creaking); in one of the sleeping rooms no cupboard or else to store clothing; for 8 people the refrigator is too small and does not have a cooling space; cleaning could be a bit more thourough (e.g. under beds, behind the curtains, under the sofa).

Wunderschönes Haus, viel Platz, alles vorhanden... Ruhige, schöne Umgebung in strandnähe.. die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war total einfach und zuverlässig. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten 5 schöne Tage mit der Familie. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, alles was man braucht und wenn etwas gefehlt hätte, dann würde Frau Odilia… das bestimmt arrangieren. 🙂 Wichtig waren uns die Matratzen und die waren genau richtig. Strandnah... mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten 🏖… herrlich ‼️ Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit um die Ecke, zum nächsten Bäcker 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad aber das war nicht schlimm, da mein Mann sehr gerne Fahrrad fährt. 😉

Es passte einfach alles. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen. In 10 Minuten an einem schönen, breiten Strand, an dem man kilometerweit spazieren gehen. Der Kontakt zum Housekeeper per WhatsApp war schnell und auch abends noch super erreichbar. Am besten hat uns der Gasofen gefallen. 🤗 Kein Aufwand, aber schöne Flammen und schöne Wärme. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Strand in schöner Landschaft, schöne Ferienanlage mit netten Bungalows...die Ausstattung war ganz OK...allerdings auch schon sehr abgenutzt und teilweise einfach schmutzig und kaputt. Leider war der Bungalow bei unserer Ankunft nicht in dem beschriebenen sauberen Zustand...unter den Betten und in den Schränken war nicht gesaugt oder geputzt worden, überall lag Staub. Alles in Allem aber ein schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Gegend.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Ferienhaus. Küche gut ausgestattet, Bäder groß und sehr angenehm. Betten bequem und ruhig zum Erholen. Das einzige was uns ein wenig gefehlt hat waren Liegen im Garten. Sonst alles bestens!

We waren met een groep van 10 man en hebben ontzettend genoten. Het is een prachtig huisje dicht bij de zee. Het is redelijk geluidsdicht als je ramen en deuren dichthoudt, dus voor ons als luidruchtige groep was het perfect! Zeker een aanrader

Das Haus war sehr schön.wir hätten uns einen Sonnenschirm gewünscht und 2 Liegen.Leider gab es im Bad und im WC keineHandtuchhaken.Unser Schlafzimmer hatte keinen Schrank....Wir hatten super Wetter und somit auch einen schönen Urlaub.Die Ausstattung des Hauses, Geschirr, Gläser war sehr gut.

Very nice and spacious apartment close to the sea

The apartment is modern and designed in an open way. The furnishing is very tasteful. We spent a week there with 4 people. The apartment was clean (except for some dishes which was, however, probably the fault of the previous guests) and we really felt very comfortable there. The equipment is very good; you find everything you need even for a longer stay. With only 4 people, we also had plenty of space in the apartment. The surrounding is very nice as well, especially the little stream right in front of the apartment where you can watch the ducks from the living room and kitchen. Even though there were still construction works in the area during our stay, we did not feel bothered by them. The apartments directly next to and opposite of the apartment seem to be already finished so that we were not immediately affected by the works. From the apartment, it is about a 10 minutes walk to the sea. The beach is very nice and clean there. Also, there were only very few tourists so that the beach was not much visited (however, we were there in February so that this might be different in the summer). All in all, we can definitely recommend this apartment and would return there any time.

Wir waren zu siebt im Haus für ein paar Tage in Urlaub und es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und der Strand ist ziemlich nah. Selbst das miesere Wetter und die kaum zu bemerkende Baustelle haben unsere Stimmung nicht vermiest.

Wirklich schönes Haus mit moderner, großzügiger Architektur. Tolle Bäder. Schöne Aussicht aufgrund der bodentiefen Fensterfronten. Allerdings hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass auf diesem Niveau der Immobilie (und des Preises) ein Hinweis im vorhinein gegeben worden wäre, dass man vom Garten aus direkt auf den Neubau der nächsten Bungalows blickt und täglich die Baustelle vor der Tüt hat (mit allem, was dazu gehört!). Alles in allem aber -wie gesagt- hat das Haus diesen Nachteil wieder ausgeglichen. Fußläufig und bequem in ca. 7 Minuten zum Strand ist natürlich auch noch zu erwähnen.

Die Ferienvilla ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Gegenüber werden zur Zeit noch weitere Häuser gebaut, was aber nicht stört. Wir waren mit 6 Personen und einem Kleinkind einige Tage hier. Der Strand kann zu Fuß sehr schnell erreicht werden. Wir können die Ferienvilla weiterempfehlen, auch für Kleinkinder ist alles vorhanden wie Kinderbett und sogar einen Bollerwagen. Familie Gadinger aus der Pfalz und aus Schweden.
