Decent size apartment but the owners instructions leave a lot to be desired.

Spacious apartment with private parking.

The apartment was basic inside and a 15-20 minute walk to the centre. There is a self check in policy and the list of instructions from the owner is quite intimidating. His use of capital letters in the message and treats of charges to credit cards if instructions are not followed precisely would put you off rebooking this property. Treats of charges if the wrong type of rubbish was placed in outside bins were just ridiculous considering that the bins are unsecured within a public area and can be accessed by anyone, so a passing member of the public could place items in the wrong bin but the owner threatens to charge the occupant of his property, nonsense

Good apartment but not great furnishings or amenities

Very spacious, nice layout. Close walk to water and restaurants.

Bare minimum. No kitchen towels, paper towels, etc. Beds and couch not very comfortable. Host took a long time to respond prior to staying, however, once we got there they had much quicker response time which was appreciated.

Perfect location, huge place, contains everything for staying for a week or longer time. Balcony offers view to mountains and neighbours 😉 Shops and restaurants in 5 minutes walk.

Wonderful family vacation at Riva del Garda!

Location was OK, 5 min to the pedestrian zone and 7 min to the beachside with the bikes. Appartment is clean and especcialy voluminous (spacy).

We were there in the hotest days in july 2019 and the appartmant lacks air condition.
