Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein zweiter Fernseher im Schlafzimmer ist sehr komfortabel. Nur wenige Gehminuten zur Fußgängerzone bzw. zum See. Ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet.
Schwierig, dass man sich um das Hinausstellen der verschiedenen Mülleimer an den unterschiedlichen Abfuhrtagen selbst kümmern muss und kein zweiter Müllbeutel nach dem 1. Ausleeren vorhanden war. Dass keine Geschirrtücher in der Wohnung vorhanden waren, ist vorher angekündigt gewesen, darauf konnte man sich einstellen.
