The balcony apartment close to the lake beach has central heating and is located on the second floor of a four-storey building. The living room has a neat design with an open layout. There is a double sofa bed in one part of the room and a dining area and kitchen in the other overlooking the balcony and the outdoors. There is a flat-screen TV in the room. The kitchen dinner is perfect for 4 guests and is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob, a fridge with a freezer and an electric kettle.

Bedroom 1: The well-kept bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a large window to bring fresh air and light.
The sofa bed in the living room accommodates 2 guests.
Bathroom
Bathroom 1: The large bathroom suite has a shower cubicle, a bidet, a washbasin and a WC. It has a door that opens into the terrace.
