Our stay

Family of 8 from the UK stayed. Very spacious, and value for the money. The staff who met us for check in and check out were lovely... Prae the one lady name was. 10mins to walking street, quiet area surrounded by villas. A shop is just up the road 500metres.

A welcome pack/book with taxi numbers and tuk tuk numbers, nearest restaurant, cafes etc would help guests even more. I find self check in villas with a lock box, with a 4 digit code once you have paid for the villa better... makes check in simple. It was lovely to see the staff on check in and check out, but simple lock box is much easier, after check out if guests have damaged anything, the owner claims through booking.com or Airbnb. The above are just some tips from my experience of staying in many places. Lovely villa though, id book again no problem.

Please do not stay here. There are so many better options around. This place is a scam and the owners should be ashamed.

Absolutely nothing.

Where do I start? Firstly there is 4 beds, not 7 as advertised. The property owners scammed my group as we had to many people for 4 beds and they never refunded us after agreeing to many times. The property is also filthy, the beds were not clean and the pool looked like it had never been cleaned. It was dark and small compared to photos. The communication from owners was also terrible, they never answered calls or texts and left you in the dark. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!

The villa was so nice and beautiful, the pool can swimming and also clean.. very good to stay here with family

The bathroom a bit spoiled because water so slow and heater not in a good condition. We shower outside area the pool 🥲 Hopefully you repaired your pipe because it so slow to water come out

Nice big rooms and for the price this property was ok. Could be fabulous.

Nice size property

The pool needed cleaning and the toilet flush got stuck. The gardens needed tidying. We were only there one night so didn’t really affect us. The cleaners finished late after 4pm then sat around for an hour in the front garden (must have been waiting for lift) where the pool was so that felt a bit awkward for us.

Enjoyable stay!

A 4-bed villa for a family of seven was perfect; big rooms with high ceiling and terrace in front, living room and kitchen and a little pool and easy parking gave us comfort and privacy and have been the right place to celebrate my birthday.

This is just a suggestion not critic! A outside toilet would be great; we had visitors (for my birthday party) and they had to use the toilet in one of the bedrooms.

- no basic item in kitchen such as coffee, tea, sugar & etc - pool lamp broken. Might lead to electric leakage - have to explain more detail about the location to van, tuk tuk driver as they not familiar to villa name.
