Family of 8 from the UK stayed.
Very spacious, and value for the money.
The staff who met us for check in and check out were lovely... Prae the one lady name was.
10mins to walking street, quiet area surrounded by villas.
A shop is just up the road 500metres.
A welcome pack/book with taxi numbers and tuk tuk numbers, nearest restaurant, cafes etc would help guests even more.
I find self check in villas with a lock box, with a 4 digit code once you have paid for the villa better... makes check in simple.
It was lovely to see the staff on check in and check out, but simple lock box is much easier, after check out if guests have damaged anything, the owner claims through booking.com or Airbnb.
The above are just some tips from my experience of staying in many places.
Lovely villa though, id book again no problem.

The villa was so nice and beautiful, the pool can swimming and also clean.. very good to stay here with family
The bathroom a bit spoiled because water so slow and heater not in a good condition. We shower outside area the pool 🥲 Hopefully you repaired your pipe because it so slow to water come out

Nice size property
The pool needed cleaning and the toilet flush got stuck. The gardens needed tidying. We were only there one night so didn’t really affect us.
The cleaners finished late after 4pm then sat around for an hour in the front garden (must have been waiting for lift) where the pool was so that felt a bit awkward for us.
