Both bedrooms offer full baths. The master bedroom has a private balcony that allows a limited beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Downstairs features a large family room and dining for six. The family room has a full sleeper sofa and a smart tv/dvd player. Also, downstairs a laundry room, kitchen, and half bath. Grill up your catch on a gas grill in a private fenced patio. No need to worry about linens, towels, wash clothes, and kitchen towels because this home has your family prepared to enjoy your getaway without the hassles!
The location of this townhouse is 200 yards from public beach assess. Go one block and you’re on the porch of the Mexico Beach Marina which can prepare you for all of your fishing needs. Also, there is a beach equipment rental company that rents bikes, kayaks, and golf carts within walking distance. Browse the cute beach shops and coffee shop right down the road as well as a variety of food trucks which include BBQ and pizza. Enjoy the many restaurants available in Port St Joe-15 minutes away. The nearest Walmart is 30 minutes away. Enjoy the Gulf breeze, spectacular sunsets, emerald waters where the dolphins play, and only steps to the white sandy beach. This place was close enough to walk to the beach multiple times a day. It had plenty of room to gather together with family, and also space to spread out and have quiet time apart.

The unit was in desperate need of a proper cleaning. The floors were filthy and some of the bedding was stained. The couches were extremely worn - almost like someone has been jumping on them. We were glad to be back in Mexico Beach, but we were disappointed with this unit.
