• One small dog (≤ 25 lbs) allowed | No pit bull or Rottweiler breeds per HOA| $75 Pet Fee
• Bunk bed safety: 6 + years old for top bunks | 150 lb max | ladder use required
• No trailers in parking lot | Boat ramp ½ mile away | Day docking available on site
• No limit on parking spaces

We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you through your first day — including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags.
For the rest of your stay, please plan to bring or pick up additional items, such as:

One of the nice and layed back places I have stayed in a long time it is very peaces. Loved the fact that the customer service through the start of the booking to the end of the vacation was on their to help you and check on you to make sure everything was ok. Most definitely will be booking another vacation for my family here.
