The location, condo, and everything about the property was GREAT. My biggest issue was with the management company. We were sent check in instructions with no code… I contacted them immediately and got no response. Had to call VRBO customer service and after an hour and a half they gave me I guess the backup information to get into the condo. Great experience at the condo, loved the location, but the management company needs to double check themselves. At 10PM, we were almost left with no place to stay with our children.

We loved the unit. It was clean and nice. The only issue we had was for check in, we were supposed to receive an email with the code to the unit door. When we received the email, the code was not there. We messaged through the Avari app and received no answer at all. We called the number and after waiting on hold for about 15 mins, we finally spoke with someone. She could not find a code to that unit at all. She eventually told us how to locate the keys to the unit which was successful. However it was not as convenient as using a code since taking keys to and from the beach is a little scary.

The location and the condo overall were beautiful and we liked how well furnished the place was. We loved that it was right on the beach. The bathrooms were large and felt luxurious. We had only a couple things that we felt could be improved. One, the coverlet on the master bed was thin and since the weather was cold, it would’ve nice to have some extra blankets. Also, we would’ve liked to have some basic kitchen items provided like coffee filters, cooking oil, aluminum foil, etc. We would stay again, however, because it was overall a great value.

The communication was great, we weren't lacking anything. The condo is set up nicely and if you like to cook, it is set up for that. The beach is a short walk away and the lack of overbuilt high-rise building is nice to see.
