Additional sleeping accomodations (two double size futons) downstairs and an additional half bath. Two parking spaces for a boat or 2 vehicles. WiFi, 65" Smart TV with a Hulu, Netflix etc. Use your own logins to your fav streaming apps. TVs in the master and the queen bedroom. The host was very communicative!! The property was very clean and roomy. The charcoal grill has seen better days but that didn’t change our opinion about the property. We would stay here again!!
