"La Casa di Maria" is a newly renovated apartment on the ground floor of a private detached villa in a quiet location away from any noise. Its strategic position is ideal for those who have the opportunity to travel by car and after visiting the beautiful surroundings that surround it, needs relaxation. The apartment is located about 10 km. from the center of Cagliari. A freeway connects quickly to the south east coast of Sardinia with its beautiful beaches, renowned all over the world. From here it is easy to reach even archaeological and naturalistic sites.
About 2 km. there are supermarkets, shops and pharmacies.
The apartment is fully furnished with separate kitchen, equipped with all utensils, microwave, oven, steamer.
The lounge has a fireplace, television. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer available.

Great place to stay. The owners are very nice and warm people. The accommodation is very clean and modern. They have a huge garden with lemon, oranges, grapes, figs. From that place the mountain area and beaches are good to reach.

Tolle Unterkunft. Sehr sauber alles neu und da was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter und als plus wurden wir für kleines Geld sogar persönlich am Flughafen abgeholt da unser Flug zu spät kam um den Mietwagen abzuholen. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder noch dieses Jahr😉
