La casa vacanze si trova in un'ottima posizione, nella piazza centrale del paese di Grotte, una dei bellissimi borghi della Sicilia. Vicinissimo ad Agrigento, ma distante quanto basta dalla confusione della città. L'appartamento è molto ben arredato, pulito, ordinato e comodo. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi, e quello che non trovate è a 5 minuti di distanza. Nessun problema per il parcheggio. Colazione disponibile con ampia scelta tra caffè, succhi di frutta e latte, oltre che varie tipologie di croissant, muffin e crostate. Dall'appartamento al 2° piano si può godere del tramonto sui tetti del paese. L'accoglienza è straordinaria, massima disponibilità e suggerimenti sul da fare nelle vicinanze, oltre che per qualsiasi altra necessità. Nino e Rosalba, i proprietari della casa vacanze, sono le persone più gentili e disponibili che abbia avuto modo di incontrare durante la vacanza. Da parte loro la massima espressione del saper accogliere e del far amare l'ospitalità del Sud.

everything was perfect

Great place to rest and stay when visiting the Valley of Temples and other attractions in the area. The couple in charge of the B&B was lovely and gave us a hand when we settled and left (and even drove us to the main intersection when we headed West). Casa Vacanza la Chiazza di Grutti was very affordable too and the was not missing anything as far as coffee, water and other snacks are concerned. We loved the support and kindness of the hosts.

small regret is that our apartment (on the 2nd) floor did not include a terrace as the terrace in our apartment had been converted to a dining area (and therefore the place was quite hot when the windows were not open). only the apartment on the first floor had the terrace (but perhaps that apartment could not fit 4 people and anyway was occupied when we arrived). Also, the sofa bed had 2 missing/damaged laths so it was complicated to sit on it when folded. Fortunately, when open, the missing laths were around the feet area. Last but not least: the breakfast was not fresh but made of snacks, biscottes, jams and nutella in addition to plenty of coffee, milk and some juices. we did not mind at all as quantities were sufficient, but don't get your hopes too high in that area.
