La posizione centralissima e ben asservita.
La pulizia della casa lasciava molto a desiderare ed alcuni elettrodomestici come la tv in stanza a da letto ed il condizionatore in salotto non funzionante la prima e non funzionante al 100% il secondo. Molte prese elettriche non funzionanti e luci corridoio non funzionante
