This is a superb flatlet, close to the railway and bus stations, modern and well equipped. The hosts run the nearby Antiche Sapori cafe, where you can meet them and they will take you to the flat. And the cafe has excellent tasty light food, we went there every day.

There was loud music from a nearby cafe (not Antiche Sapori!) on some of the evenings, but it stopped before 10.30pm and so wasn't a major problem.

The location is highly convenient, situated in a bustling area close to the train station. The facilities are similar to an Airbnb, featuring a bedroom and a kitchen—including a refrigerator capable of properly chilling wine. There is also a washing machine, though I didn't use it since I was only staying for one night. The key handover went smoothly; I picked up the key at a nearby grocery store, and the host then guided me to the room. On the day of departure, I needed to visit the historic district after checking out and pick up my luggage around 4:00 PM; thanks to communication via WhatsApp, the pickup went without a hitch. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience.
