Poloha v centru historického Agrigenta. Okna do dvora a tedy klid. Velká lednice s mrazákem a trouba a myčka. Dobrý poměr výkon cena.
3. Patro, víc schodů. Už by to chtělo malinko zrenovovat a novější nádobí v kuchyni.

Siamo in un B&B 4 stelle quindi non mi aspetterei: Muffa sul soffitto Bagno senza finestra con forte odore di aria stantia Ingresso sotto sempre sporco dai piccioni (il ristorante puliva solo il suo spazio...ma dico io, se il palazzo non pulisce i suoi 3 scalini, almeno tu per i tuoi clienti allunga la scopa di 20 cm) Oggettivamente 3 piani senza ascensori si fanno sentire Non così fornita la cucina/padelle rovinate. In camera da letto solo un comò, no armadio Casa generalmente da riprendere prima che tracolli
