Maintenance could have been better.

Location is good. Near to the bus station and bus stops to old town. One AC in the living room. No fan or AC in the bedroom. There were ants because of summer and got bites bites😊. Suitable for couples or bachelors with no luggage to carry.

Have to climb 40 steps to reach the apartment. No fan or ac in the bedroom . Ants in the apartment.

A comfortable apartment in a convenient location for a short stay

The apartment was spacious with a large sitting an island serving as a dining table. The sitting room also include a sofa, but surprisingly has no coffee table. The smallish bedroom has a double bed and a rack for hanging clothes (a handful of hangers was provided). The kichenette has storage cabinets which has utensils for eating and drinking. The location of the apartment across the Dubrovnik main bus station makes it very convenient to get to the bus for travelling to the other part of Croatia or neighboring cities.

However, it was located on a hill, with steep stairs, so lugging an heavy suitcase to the apartment was a chore. The lack of signage did not help in locating the apartment, as was the camouflage of the white door sign against the white washed wall (especially at night as there was no street lighting). I have to ask some random passerby to locate it. The host was not on location, you have to call him on arrival (or before) for direction.

I liked the cleanliness, the space, and if you are traveling via the bus station, the location. The contact, Petra, was flexible and quick to respond. We arrived early and were able to check in several hours before our confirmed time. That was great since we were staying literally one night. Thank you!

No coffee pot, no water kettle. Apt #1 view is blocked by a roof. Requested and confirmed 2 twin beds...apon arrival we discovered this was unavailable.

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable, Petra was accommodating to our needs and the location to the bus station and public transport was just down the steps.

The 100 steps up to the appartment was not mentioned by booking.com No dish cloth or detergent for the kitchen and single sheets for the double bed.

The apartment was very clean and neat. Instructions to find the property and for entry were clear.

Petra was extremely helpful and gave very detailed information regarding directions to the property and other places worth visiting, great restaurants and bus lines to take.

Lovely stay with helpful host!

Petra was a great host! She gave us a great run down of things to do in Dubrovnik and how best to get around - we went to Lokrum island on her suggestion and had a great time, would recommend. Be prepared that the apartment is up a few flights of stairs but worth it for the nice view from the patio. House had a well stocked kitchen and felt spacious and modern. Right across the road from the inter-city bus station and local bus stops right at the bottom of the steps.

Wifi was not too good, but otherwise we liked everything.

It was very clean and comfortable. And the hostage was very nice to us and very helpful.

They have the same towels for a week. It was much preferable, the houses to get fresh at least one time in the week.

What are you waiting to Book?

God where do I start? Fantastic Host, Fantastic place, Extremely Calm, Beautiful Sunset every evening, close to groceries and the main bus station. I loved the fact that it was a 35 minutes walk to the Old Town : Far from the noise and tourists, you feel right at home. Double AC, Perfect shower, EXTRA BLANKETS FOR THE BED! As someone who's always cold when sleeping I cherished those extra blankets that I didn't have anywhere else around Europe!

Everything was perfect. Our hostess(guesthouse owner)Petra was super. She was funny, very welcoming, knowledgable. And she made our stay very fun and comfortable. The view from our balcony terrace was amazing. I highly recommend her place to everyone who comes to Dubrovnik. You will be treated like as if you were good friends with the hosts. Absolutely loved staying at our guesthouse and sharing laughs over a great conversation. Can't wait to come back soon.

We were disappointed.

The view but in the evening, during the day it was very noisy. Close access to bus stop and supermarket. Friendly person who was welcoming us.

We rented two apartments: on last floor (which was good with exception of leaking water from AC directly to the stairs which was very dangerous as they were slippery). Also problematic was access to the balcony as you had to jump over this leakage. The apartment on the middle floor I definitely do not recommend as it was not clean and really not nice. The bathroom was very dark and dirty, you may see the enclosed picture of the bath. Impossible to clean it, it should be renovated. The kitchen was really not equipped, you could find there plenty of things not needed to the owner that were put there, they were either destroyed or not matching to anything you had there e.g: plates, forks, glasses. Each plate was different, no bowl to eat cereals for breakfast or prepare the salad. The pots were very old and only huge ones. The furniture in the kitchen were also dirty and some even destroyed (see the picture of the door). In the living room which was part of this open kitchen there was dirty smelly armchair and plenty of strange small tables not needed at all. No lamps that give nice light, it was dark place (lamps were dirty, see the picture). The only good thing was a big table and access to the balcony. The chairs there were not comfortable, for 2 persons only. The blinds were destroyed. In the bedroom there was strange window, without any glass and it was to the corridor inside the apartment, so if you wanted to have some fresh air you had to open the window in the corridor. Access to the apartment was very difficult, stairs like on the enclosed picture from the street to the apartment, maybe more than 100 of stairs. It was difficult with heavy luggage and kids. If you think about quiet place, I do not recommend this apartment at all. Early morning you could hear the noise from the the big ferry which was at the port in front of the flat and from the bus station, so we were woken up at 6 which is not what we are looking for during summer vacation.

The owner is fantastic, is a great guide, he showed us many nice places in the city. We also had a wonderfull dinner aranged by Dado on the hills outside of Dubrovnik (recommended ). We never gonna forget it. Apartment is nice located in the quite area of Dubrovnik, close to a big supermarket and few restaurants nearby. Kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is there, rooms are really big and there is nice view from the balcony. Would definitely come back.

Great Stay

Very nice apartment just across the bus station in Gruž. It takes only 10 min to go to the Old town. Very spacious and comfortable with a nice little balcony you can enjoy in the evening.

Trzeba pokonać mnóstwo schodów (ok.100) żeby dotrzeć do apartamentu, z walizkami jest bardzo ciężko. Miał być piękny widok, a z naszego apartamentu (nr 1) widzieliśmy dach budynku przed nami 😞 Sypialnia i kuchnia miały okna na przedsionek którym ludzie chodzili do innych apartamentów. Nie można było mieć odsłoniętego okna ani zostawić otwartego okna gdy nas nie było. Siedząc na balkonie czułam się jakbym siedziała na ulicy. Wokół ciągle chodzili ludzie do sąsiednich apartamentów - to było niekomfortowe.

Квартира расположена рядом со станцией автобусов и портом. Удобно для путешественников. До старого города ехать минут 15, такси от 20 евро. Как все и пишут, ОЧЕНЬ много ступеней вверх, рассчитывайте свои силы! Хозяин Дадо был любезен, до прибытия прислал много полезной информации. Квартира небольшая, но уютная. Новая ванная комната - это плюс. Не смогли подключить Интернет поздно вечером, давайте больше информации по подключению. На террасе есть печь барбекю, небольшой вид на море. Внизу небольшой супермаркет и есть кафе.

La proximité du port pour une traversée tôt. Le centre ville n’est pas loin il y a un bus juste à côté donc pratique. Nous avons loué un scooter et c’était l’idéal pour tout voir et circuler plus rapidement car beaucoup de trafic.

A localização era perfeita, estavamos a 15 minutos de BUS do centro de Dubrovnick. A central de autocarros fica em frente. O ar condicionado funcionava perfeitamente.

O quarto tinha uma janela virada para uma arrecadação que deixava passar a luz muito cedo. O apartamento está localizado a uma altura significatica da rua, para lá chegar é necessário subir imensas escadas, com as malas não é fácil, não aconselho a pessoas com mobilidade reduzida ou já com alguma idade. A internet funcinava com falhas e a TV não a consegui ligar. O propriétário esteve sempre disponível por whatsapp para o que foi necessário, deveria no entanto apresentar-se pessoalmente na chegada.
