Kids love Disneyland but not the apartment

Damaged stuff. Door with cracked glass and door leaves a gap when closed. Several dangerous situations (heater on the ground that should be on the wall, pipes next to the toilet which get hot, broken outlets). You have to bring your own sheets, or pay €10 per person to use theirs. There was dirty, gross water left in the sink. Mould at the windows. Dirty spots on the ceiling and walls. Holes in the couch. Overall definitely not clean. Contact with host was difficult and does not speak English.

In summer it will be nice to have a fan as it was very hot inside the apartment. You need to add light outside the main door. It's too dark to go out at night.

Great location, service and apartment improvements needed

Location- Excellent distances if you visiting Disney. 10mins bus ride. Bus stops litterally 5 mins away from the accommodation. Also local supermarket 5mins walking distance. Overall apartment was clean.

As it sais in description towels and bedding are to rent st extra cost, however first time I had to make the bedding for family of 5, we were very tired so it wasn't great - no hand towel, no soap to wash your hands which is basic - the open hot pipe in the bathroom quite dangerous my 5 yrs old burned himself so I suggest the owner to cover it up as more serious burn can occur - toilet/bathroom door doesn't close so no privacy if you need to use toilet - very loud neighbours above

Very nice place and location, Recommended!

It's very nice place to stay, very quiet area close to everything you need, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy.... transportations were very easy. just 300 meters far from the Train station and a bus station. very close to Disneyland (10 minutes by bus). It was comfortable. . People are very friendly and helpful. Recommended. For sure will book it again if we visit Esbly, France

We had to rent the sheets and towels, which we knew about it after our booking. and we had to make the beds ourselves, it would be better if they make the beds before our arrival as we were already tired. It would be much better if it has washing machine and a hair dryer.

Great location for Disneyland Paris and great for this purpose, enough space and nice to have 2 separate bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Great shower. Parking available and excellent communication from Nadia.

That bedding and towels aren’t included. This is in the information about the property, but booked well in advance and forgot about it. Also not a fan of having to. make up beds on arrival as we arrived late and tired. Couple of diy issues - heating in bathroom not working, bottom drawer of bathroom vanity unit doesn’t close flush,bulbs for lights above bathroom mirror need replacing and heater in living area needs reattaching to the wall. This is a ground floor apartment and at times you could hear the people going up and down the stairs - not a major issue but handy to know.

Fabulous and magically spacious flat for a family of 6!

This was the best and most spacious stay we ever had in Disneyland! Lovely flat - Very close to Disneyland Parks and only a 3.5-minute drive from top Disney hotels (where our friends stayed). What we experienced was far over our expectations comparing the apartment booking description. We will definitely come back!

I can't think of anything that could have been better. I have visited with my family Disneyland more than 6 times and this was the best stay we ever had.

Very poor

Firstly, we had agreed a meet up time to collect the keys. We advised that due to traffic, we would be a few minutes later (in the end exactly 7 mins late). Nobody was there when we arrived, and we had to wait 30 mins just to get in. The lady who came didn't even apologise, and couldn't wait to get away. Secondly, the bathroom has (very) hot water pipes that are exposed at body height (and not shown in the original pictures of the bathroom). My daughter got badly scolded by them on her back. Thirdly, even though we paid for towels and sheets, there were no hand towels provided.

the location, for me as a mum of three boys the location could not have been more perfect. 5 minutes in a car to sea life Paris, 10 minutes to Disneyland. 5 minute walk to the train station to central Paris. trains run every 20 minutes and it’s only a short journey in. the village in which this is was also brilliant. the local Chinese was astounding, supermarkets plentiful and the lake nearby to feed the ducks was amazing. the host Nadia also needs a special mention, we left my sons baby blanket, which he’s had since birth (now 6) Nadia not only went out of her way to return to the apartment to look for it, she also found it and sent it back to the U.K. for us and wouldn’t let me give her the money for postage. Nadia really went above and beyond and I can’t thank her enough.

Nice people, good explanation, easy communication. Very friendly and willing to give extra info. Nice that there was an oven and a dishwasher.everything very clean. Good location, 15 min by car from Disneyland and 10 minutes walk to the train station of Esbly.

There sometimes was a little Smell of the plumbings when you entered the appartement.

Absolutely Awful - Do Not Recommend!

Location is great for Disney however it will spoil your holiday as its awful.

The apartment was filthy on arrival. Definitely not soundproof as described in the description - I'm certainly not a light sleeper however was kept awake every night by the tenants above as the walls are paper thin. The description says quiet hours are in force yet we were still asking the party of teenagers above to turn the notice down at 05:30 in the morning! No WIFI available whatsoever - again misleading. Non-English speaking so pleaded ignorance when questions were asked. Red hot pipes visible in the bathroom so certainly not family friendly as described. Bathroom was full of mould and the shower was temperamental (hot/cold) and all the bedrooms were filthy. The owners couldn't manage to provide Pillows on every bed and suggested to use the sofa cushions as a substitute! Mouldy dishwasher tablets provided and an ancient cloth to wash the pots with. Front door is damaged and doesn't fit frame so really drafty in the evening. DO NOT recommend staying here if you want somewhere comfy and reliable to stay whilst visiting Disney. Worst place we have ever stayed in by far! We didn't pay a security deposit (thank god) as I refused because it was that bad on arrival. Tried to find somewhere else however nothing was available at short notice so we were stuck there. The whole apartment needed a deep clean and things fixing. Looks nothing like the photos on the website.

Don't get fooled by the photos! All is not as it looks, sorry!

Errr...ok, wifi was good! I can't think of anything else...sorry! Props were used in photography, however, the apartment was not like that when we visited.

Apartment is damp, it smells terrible. Wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival, which I found shocking. Wasn't ready (no bedding provided despite several requests online). Please note, although booking was made via Booking.com, this is being managed via third party agency who fail even simplest of basic communication. Children's mattress was stained with urine and smelled awful! Quite un-acceptable! Bedding was NOT clean. Apartment was not cleaned for some time, so much so, we had to clean it our selves and open all the windows to let some fresh air in and get rid of terrible smell. Awful! We couldn't contact anyone as a) owner mobile provided online was wrong and b) person who handed out the keys didn't speak any language apart from French! Also, they demanded Euro40 for the cleaning (in cash!) although this was not listed online! Just not on, this is not how you treat your guests, sorry. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, sorry.

Si vous voulez du calme et un minimum de confort c’est pas ici .

Logement mal isolé car on entendait les voisins du dessus qui faisaient plein de bruit jusqu’à plus de 1h du matin avec leurs enfants presque tous les jours lors de notre séjour , même a 8h matin on les entendaient courir ou parler ; Y’a même eu une personne qui a débarqué le premier soir de notre séjours vers 20h pour réarmer la chaudière car la chaudière donne l’eau pour les voisins du dessus aussi . La porte de la salle de bain qui se fermait pas sauf si on la fermait à clé ; Le salon / cuisine chauffait pas correctement car le logement est mal isolé en plus il fesait très froid dehors lors de notre séjour . Il y avait que les chambres qui était le mieux isolé . Le lit 2 places inconfortable , une vielle télé qui captait pas tous le temps les chaînes , problème de réseaux malgré le wifi . C’était moyennement propre ( toile d’araignée dans les chambres )

Le propriétaire injoignable toute la durée du séjour. - réseau wifi inexistant - télévision qui ne fonctionne pas - pas de réseau mobile dans l'appartement - porte de salle de bain qui ne ferme pas - tuyau du chauffe-eau à hauteur d'enfant et brûlant (une de nos enfants s'est brûlée sur le tuyau) - baie vitrée de l'entree fêlée - vaisselle sale - placards sales - canapé tâché - isolation inexistante : on entendait parler et marcher les voisins du dessus

Man konnte das Auto direkt vor der Haustür parken.

Es war nicht wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet. Alles war wackelig, wie das Esstisch. Die Heizrohren lagen frei, dass man sich verbrennen kann. Das Klo war nicht fest.

Les voisins du dessus ne respectent absolument pas le voisinage. J’aurais dû regarder les commentaires avant de réserver, de nombreuses personnes se sont plaintes du bruit. Nous avions l’impression qu’ils déplaçaient des meubles, et ce jusqu’à 6h du matin. Nous repartons pour 3h de route mais pas reposés du tout! Cela a été signalé mais la réponse que nous avons eu est « Bonjour désolé mes je ne suis pas la propriétaire je suis qu'une employé j'essaie de pouvoir faire mon travail le mieux que je peux mais pour le bruit je ne peux rien faire ». Donc aucune prise en considération de la remontée ni geste commercial proposé! Visiblement les propriétaires ne seront pas informés et les locataires du dessus continueront de faire la java chaque nuit ! Ne louez pas !

Es war nichts besonderes und noch einmal würden wir dort nicht hin fahren

Leider war in der Einrichtung viel defekt, die Nachbarn über uns waren sehr laut und es ist sehr hellhörig dort. An der Toilette sind einfach die Rohre offen verlegt, wo man sich dran verbrennen kann. Die Möbel sind zum Teil alle kaputt und zerkratzt. Im Kinderzimmer gibt es eine Türe , zum anderen Haus, wo man nicht weiß , wo dies hin führt und wer davon den Schlüssel hat. Der Eingang ist auch in einem Hinterhof. Mit Kindern kann ich das überhaupt nicht empfehlen!

L'emplacement idéal pour un séjour à Disney. L'espace dans le logement est relativement bien agencé, literie confortable, rien à dire.

Bien qu'il soit indiqué quelque part dans l'annonce l'absence de draps (avec un supplément de 10 € par personne), c'est assez ennuyant. Le manque de café (une ou deux dosettes rien que pour le premier jour auraient été vraiment cool).
