Large contemporary luxury villa on the heights of Bandol, bright, quiet, with sea views and green area (Forest Roustagnon).
It is close to the center, the train station, the Grand Casino Partouche Bandol, Golf Dolce Frégate Provence, various seaside activities, shops.
A floor consisting of a large living room with kitchen BULTHAUP overlooking a large garden with terraces (garden furniture, BBQ and shade sail), a salt pool.
On the lower floor 5 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and large closet (4 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds 90). Beds made on arrival, towels not provided.
Designer furniture from major brands. TV. WIRELESS.
Ideal holiday with family or friends (up to 10 people, forbidden festivities).

The home is truly unique and beautiful. Fantastic landscaping, an amazing pool & patio area, state of the art kitchen, wonderful bedrooms with en Suite showers, and great decor. We absolutely loved it. The only real area for improvement would be the WiFi, which was not functioning during our stay. Also, while we certainly appreciate the energy conservation practices, it would be valuable if the refrigerator and freezer were also turned on and fully cold prior to guest arrival.
But otherwise this is the perfect place for a family or group of froof mes who love modern design & architecture at a very reasonable price point. We certainly would stay here again!!
