Saint Cyr Conciergerie presents this exceptional 350 m² villa, Villa Clarabelle, located in the secure Port d'Alon estate.
With sea views and a private heated swimming pool (open from April to September), the villa is brand new, air-conditioned/heated and has 5 suites, each with its own bathroom and toilet.
The villa is surrounded by 1,900 m² of grounds with sea views, sun loungers, petanque area, barbecue and parking for 5 cars.

Ground floor: living/dining room/kitchen and 1st suite with shower room and toilet, upstairs: 4 suites, each with shower room/toilet and exterior sea view.

This property has been modernised and is in first rate order. It is equipped with everything you could want on a holiday. The house is on a secure private estate which has wonderful sea views and the pool is spectacular.
The best beach is just west of the Domaine, just off the Chemin Littoral, though not an easy climb down.
A car is essential as shops and cafes are some distance away but our stay here was superb.
