Magnifique Loft Rooftop et piscine 5 chambres 12 personnes

The property is huge and gorgeously decorated. The pool was such a nice treat!

There were a few issues: water heater needed to be reset several times and there was a foul odor in certain sections of the home.

The host was very responsive and proactive, providing a detailed video explaining how to access the property, which made check-in easy. The location is excellent! Just a few minutes' walk from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Having a children's library right outside was an unexpected bonus and a great escape for my little one during the heatwave. The apartment is part of a brand-new building, and the layout is very well designed. The space is efficiently used, and the enormous walk-in closet easily accommodated all of our family's clothes and luggage. The pool itself was warm, clean, and well maintained. However, it has no shallow area or ledge where you can stand or rest, making it less suitable for families with young children or inexperienced swimmers.

Overall, it feels more like a property that is still being finished than one that is fully ready to welcome guests. We had no hot water for the first two days. One shower was completely unusable, and the faucet in the other shower came loose after every use. The kitchen breakfast bar was only partially secured and tipped over onto my baby, who narrowly avoided being struck by it, which was quite alarming. The open, unprotected staircase is also something families with young children should be be aware of. The listing advertised Wi-Fi, but it was not available during our stay. The host acknowledged that the internet had been discontinued some time ago, so the listing should be updated to reflect this. There were also numerous unfinished details throughout the apartment. One bedroom had no blinds, one desk was barely attached to the wall, one bathroom had a sink but no faucet or running water, and the balcony had exposed wiring for a light fixture that had not yet been installed.
