The Homestead

Every aspect was fantastic! The location was private and peaceful, and the home was beautifully presented with everything you could ever need. We would love to visit again and absolutely recommend The Homestead to other travellers.

Location was perfect just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough The gardens and grounds were spectacular with the scent of the flowers and the bird sounds. Also enjoyed watching the quails wandering around. The facilities were great and exceeded expectations. My daughter who uses a wheelchair praised the accessibility

Stay was not long enough

This is truly one of the most wonderful accommodations we have ever stayed in. A beautiful, spacious house with multiple bedrooms, and we fell in love with it the moment we arrived. The owner has created an absolutely stunning garden, immaculately maintained and a joy to be in. Instead of going out and sightseeing, we found ourselves spending most of our time in and around the house, simply enjoying the peace and surroundings. During our many months of travelling, this was the first place where we genuinely felt able to slow down and fully relax. We were honestly sad that we couldn’t stay longer. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, beauty and true tranquility.

The location made it easy to get where we wanted to go. It was a beautiful setting, extremely quiet and peaceful. The property was superbly resourced, over our expectations. The hostess was very pleasant and very available should we need her.
