The Space:
Welcome to your cozy retreat!
This character home offers three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Wake up in the master bedroom to garden views from your queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen and single bed, and the third features a bunk with a single on top and a double below, overlooking a spacious backyard.
In the lounge, sink into ample seating with a heat pump, ensuring warmth and comfort in cooler months. Enjoy entertainment with the TV, but nothing beats the panoramic lake view right outside your window!
The kitchen and dining areas provide stunning vistas and open onto an outdoor seating area, perfect for soaking in the scenery. Whip up family meals in the well-equipped kitchen and take advantage of the laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
The bathroom has recently been updated, offering two separate toilets (only one shower), for added convenience.
The property is located in a serene neighborhood primarily surrounded by holiday homeowners.

Valid Sunday–Thursday this month only. Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. Free night must be requested when booking. You will need to book the first two nights, and we will reserve the third one separately for you to enjoy.

No parties, smoking, or pets.
Keep noise indoors and minimal after 10 pm.
Amenities:
Highchair & Cot Availability: We have a limited number, please request before booking to avoid disappointment - Bedding for the cot is not provided.
Starter kit of essentials: Tea, coffee (instant), sugar, oil, salt & pepper, milk, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, rubbish bags, shampoo & body wash, hand wash, toilet paper.
Professional linen provided and one body towel per guest (no facecloths).

$250 pre-authorisation hold applies if booking outside Airbnb.
Security camera at front door/driveway only.

Beautiful view, warm and comfortable - although we did have to retrieve all the firewood - we left some inside for the next person :) but - no coffee machine as advertised, only a plunger - My sister and I are big coffee addicts so were particularly looking forward to a machine.. The shower also needs some better photos as it has a large step down below floor level which meant my 80 year old mum couldn't use it :( (she mentioned the steps could also use a rail as they are steep and narrow) - super cool to have found a personal connection though!!! The owners will know my Dad by looking at my surname - He worked for them for 26years, and we were pleasantly surprised to recognise the lovely person in your painting :) - was really nice to think he was sharing our celebration of Mums birthday!
