QUIET BAYSIDE SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE Non-Smoking 2Bdrm/2 bath upper level HOUSE with garage. Outside deck with a view of beautiful Sunsets over Laguna Madre. Propane BBQ Grill. Walking distance to entertainment district, restaurants, and market. Bay access and walking distance to the Beach. Great viewing of Fireworks in the summer from the deck. The Dolphin House has all the amenities, WiFi flat screen TV, reverse osmosis drinking water in the kitchen, kids games, crock pot, mixer, blender, toaster, microwave. Downstairs BBQ, beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella.

Perfect place to stay on SPI! Quiet, clean, and cool owners. Not a far walk to the beach at all either!

House was beautiful, very clean and so family friendly. The additional beach toys were amazing. The host was wonderful, answered questions and was very helpful. 10 out of 10 recommend. My family enjoyed our vacation and appreciated the quiet atmosphere this home provided. Fireworks were amazing off the balcony

Very clean place, great location. Very good communication with Paul. Could use some updates, furniture is not the best to relax on. Had a few bumps in the road with our stay, but Paul did his best to help get thru it. Thanks Paul!
