The Space:

Our condo is super duper family friendly at Fiesta Sol and is a ground-floor space with a front patio and private back patio that overlooks the pool area. The condo is located just ½ block from public beach access point of number 7, and such a short walk to the entertainment district, offering dozens of bars and restaurants that makes it an unbeatable choice at this price!



This approximately 950 sq ft condo includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for privacy and convenience. The bedding includes a king in the master bedroom, a queen and twin bed in the guest bedroom, and an airbed in the living room (please bring bedding if you plan on using). The condo can accommodate up to 7 guests.



After a big day at the beach, there is a pool you can see from the ground-floor patio in the back, perfect your kids to enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, and dishes for easy meal prep with an eat-in counter and dining table which definitely saves some money on your beach vaca



The condo has undergone many updates, but please note it is not “brand new” nor “fully remodeled” on the inside, nor is the building itself luxurious. Each bedroom features a smart TV, and there is internet/WiFi available for work or entertainment. We just want to accurately describe the space.



Off-street parking is available for 1 regular-sized cars front to back. There is no guest parking here, so if you have extra cars you can try to find a spot along Gulf Blvd which is City Owned street parking, or consider the InterModel Transportation center that offers free parking.



Our condo is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs and carries a slight pet fee of $75 per pet. Please review the house rules regarding pets. Door codes are provided on the day of check-in via text message before 3 pm.



The property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd 78597 Open M-F 9 am to 5 pm for assistance should you need it.



Please read and agree to all house rules prior to booking as we have a strict cancel policy here due to high demand during the high season. Ask questions before you book to avoid disappointments later.



The primary tenant must be 25 years of age or older to book and must be present at check-in. Contact us before booking if you are under 25, as additional requirements may apply.



We require an E-sign rental agreement and a photo ID after booking for age verification before check-in.



Our Short Term Rental License from the City of South Padre Island is available upon request.

We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied
