Easy Access Hotel when traveling by car

A beautiful hotel and conference center , nicely located with plenty of parking space if you are traveling by car. The rooms are pretty standard -spacious you could even say.Wifi was ok and available throughout the premises. Breakfast was great with plenty of options and also local food suggestions. Welcome freshly baked cookies were a nice surprise. Hoping to get a chance to visit Spa and Pool next time looked great.

The room we were originally allocated smelled heavily of cigarete smoke . The hotel has a no smoking policy , still some guests probably ignore it . After contacting the front desk they moved us to another room with no questions asked. It would be nice if they checked the status of the rooms before giving them out to the next guest. It is a hassle to change rooms especially when traveling with kids.

Great stay. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Delicious breakfast for every palate.

The spa area was very relaxing. I swam when I got in from a long drive. The pool felt great, and the "stars" overhead on the ceiling added a sense of calm. Also, the front desk was very helpful in providing me directions to a close market.

A decent stay

The hotel has 2 EV charging places. The staff was eager to help overall. The breakfast had many options.

There was an event going on in the hotel and all the parking places were blocked including the charging ones. When checking in, the person at the reception did not know that and still guided me to the occupied places. The room was very small. We were 3 people checked in and the third bed was a foldable one. Not very comfortable. The charging station was NOT free of charge.

A overall good hotel - spa is great value for money

The spa is good - it’s clean, large and the massage was also great. The gym is BIG. Staff was great and room was decent even for three ladies. Decent location for a run.

I mean, the location is not super central, but the taxis are so cheap and easy to get from the reception so wasn’t a problem as such. Missed an open hotel bar for the late hours.

The whole staff morale and their attitude towards their customers was outstanding and extremely helpful and supportive. I left a family from home and arrived to a family at the hotel as the members of staff was outstanding and respectful.

Resort-level comfort in a quiet spot outside the city center

Restaurant menu and buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the spa facilities were exceptional.

Be aware that the hotel is not located near the city center. The area is quiet and uncrowded, but if you want to be near the heart of the city, you'll have to take a drive.

Curtains (the second layer) need to be longer to cover the whole window. A lot of light comes in early in the morning and can be disturbing. Speak with reception if you have the same issue.

Good quality furniture.Comfortable pillows. Well equipped rooms. Parking availability is sufficient. The rooms are clean.

The front desk personnel has no professional attitude. The rooms are on the small side. The breakfast is mediocre. The location is far the from city centre. Paid 470 eur cash, received receipt for 468 eur with no resonable explaination. I have booked 4 rooms all 4 receipts with 2 euro less... Not that 2 euro matter, but leaves an unpleasant feeling in the customers. All the chairs in the breakfast area are dirty and with stains.

Large comfortable room. Excellent breakfast (orange juice is better when made squeezing fresh oranges, but let's not be too picky).

My TV remote control did not work: a new battery was probably all it was needed. I notified the reception, but the following evening it still did not work. Not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel

Perfect spot for a staycation

The staff was exceptionally accommodating. The rooms were absolutely spotless. The spa was top notch. The breakfast and restaurant were worth every penny. The locations was pretty good, there is even an running trail and outdoor gym just outside of the hotel grounds.

There needs to be more sound insulation, I could hear everything that was going on in the hallway.

Very nice hotel with a good restaurant and garage.

The advertised swimming pool and sauna were not functional due to maintenance. We found this out only upon arrival although this was one of the main reasons to chose this partucular hotel. No compensation was offered due to this obvious lack of sold services.
