Beyond our expectations. Everything was stellar. Even though it rained we enjoyed being in the spa pool and my body treatment was amazing!

- no coffee / tea by default in the room. We were told it is « only for the suites » but at 400e/night you should really expect that. We asked and without too much insisting they provided it which is Nice
- proximity with the road which you hear from the pool but theres nothing they can do about it

nearly everything
there are no scheduled lessons or activities as it might be understood from the hotel website's description. the additional bed in the suite wasnt that comfortable.

For half the price this would have felt like a lovely hotel but not for the price charged
We really didn't feel this hotel was worth the price at all. The small touches weren't there which you'd expect from this sort of price for a 5-star hotel.
- One day there were quite a few of us in the spa at 7 and the spa was meant to close at 7.30 but they turned everything off at 7. We also saw other guests being given a tour of the spa but we didn't get told anything because we spoke English and it seemed only Italian guests got the tour.
- There was a bar at the pool but no staff there and the sun loungers weren't comfy at all.
- We were also told there was a turn-down service which actually meant they just put a menu next to your bed to make extra money if you wanted breakfast in your room. It would have been a nice touch to turn the lights down and un-tuck the bed which I've had in other hotels costing far less or just don't say you do it at all.
- In the room, the hairdryer was a super cheap rubbish travel one so took ages to dry my hair and there was no iron or ironing board.
- The bed was meant to be a double bed but was just 2 single beds put together.
- The windows all need cleaning in the spa
The love and attention to detail needs to be added to make this worth the price for us. I think the main thing you're paying for here is space really.
