The room small but everything are good, nice clean place. The Hotel have Hot Spring nice.

The hotel is in a convenient location and the room itself was fine. However, I had an uncomfortableg experience with the staff during my stay. I was traveling alone in Japan for 10 days and had two large suitcases with me. My friend helped me bring my luggage to my room when I checked in, as I was carrying a lot of baggage. He was not staying overnight and has his own place in Tokyo. We explained this to the staff, but we were repeatedly questioned and asked to pay an additional charge because they assumed he would be staying in the room. After my friend left and informed the front desk as requested, I was surprised to be questioned again the next day about whether someone would be coming to my room and whether additional fees would apply. When I asked about it, I was told that because I had two suitcases, they assumed I was not staying alone. As someone traveling for 10 days, I found that explanation unreasonable since both suitcases were mine. I understand that hotels need to follow their policies regarding visitors and occupancy. However, being repeatedly questioned and having assumptions made about my situation made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome during my stay. I hope the hotel can improve the way they communicate with guests and avoid making assumptions without evidence. Unfortunately, this experience negatively affected my stay.
