While the rooms were small by American standards, they were clean. They also provide a wide range of personal care products by the front desk, including basics like shampoo, conditioner, but also toner, sunscreen, bath salts, and even a facial mask. No extra charge. I had a bath one night and it was rejuvenating. There was still a language barrier with the staff but they were able to communicate through a nifty electronic translator. The staff would speak into a mic and the translator would display the translation in the language of choice. I thought that worked pretty well.

I was able to check in 30 minutes prior to check in time. Front desk staff are helpful and pleasant.

We have stayed at this hotel several times on visits to Japan, about once a year, for several nights each time. The staff at the front desk have always been very helpful. On our most recent visit they even noticed a mistaken double booking that I apparently made for one night through Expedia and initiated a refund at no charge. The location in the heart of Ginza 3rd Chome is excellent, though the hotel is quiet, since it is located a few steps down a side street. Cleanliness is also excellent. Yet I noticed a few features which should be improved. The seat for the desk is only a padded stool, with no seat back, so it is tiring to use. The bed in my single room was far wider than needed, leaving minimal space for suitcases. Also the covering on the bed is a single puffy light-weight blanket, which can be too hot, but the absence of a separate top sheet prevents sleeping covered only by a sheet. Overall, however, an excellent value.

I am form the USA. It was my first time in Tokyo. The staff WERE OUTSTANDING! Great customer service. They really helped you out. Great rooms, and washing machines! I will come back to visit again! The restaurant was EXCELLENT! The breakfast serving team was superb. The food tasted great!
