The house is located in the idyllic holiday park Fedderwardersiel and is modernly furnished. It has 2 bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x loft bed) and an additional bed. From the cozy living room you can see the terrace and the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge-freezer and more. V. M. It is only a few meters from the house to the dyke, from which it is not far to the North Sea lagoon, where you can swim regardless of the tide, and Burhave. The barn, a mini golf course and a riding stable offer further leisure activities. In Fedderwardersiel itself there is a cutter port with an excursion boat. Some restaurants provide culinary delights, and there is a small shop for shopping.
Day trips to Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven provide opportunities for interesting experiences and visits to museums.
A deposit of 100 euros must be paid to the manager on arrival. Electricity and water are included in the main season. At other times, the deposit will be charged for night electricity 0.29 euros / KWh and for day electricity 0.34 euros / KWh as well as 5 euros per cubic meter of water.

Die Ferienwohnung selbst liegt sehr günstig. Man ist zu Fuß oder Fahrrad schnell in Fedderwardersiel. Zu den Nordseebädern Burhave jny Tossens ist es nicht weit. Ebenso zur Nordseelagune uns Spielscheune. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Küche mit Spülmaschine und Backofen komplett eingerichtet. Einige Möbel sind schon etwas älter, aber das hat unseren Urlaub nicht gestört. Der Garten enthält einen Grill und diverse Gartenmöbel.Er ist eingezäunt, gut für kleine Kinder und Hunde.Auf der Terrasse kann man ideal mit mehreren Personen sitzen und essen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war gut.Im Ferienpark selbst kann man Fahrräder aller Art mieten. Und Brötchen bestellen zum Abholen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und gut geeignet für viele Ausflüge. In Fedderwardersiel fährt die Wega 2 zu Fahrten in die Nordsee. Wir haben uns gut erholt und können das Haus empfehlen.

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus. Es ist zwar nicht mehr das Jüngste, aber alles halb so Wild. Wir haben uns jedenfalls wohl gefühlt und wir werden bestimmt wieder dort Urlaub machen. Danke!!!

Der Bungalow ist in die Jahre gekommen, Eingangs und Balkontür etwas verzogen. Sauberkeit war auch nicht das A und O, könnte besser sein.....Küchenfronten voll mit Handabdrücken, viele Spinnweben in den Ecken, ungepflegter Garten , in der Ferienanlage standen gelbe Säcke mit Müll schon bei Anreise rum die auch noch da waren als es heimwärts ging. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Ausstattung, alles da was man braucht, Geschirr , Gartenmöbel (allerdings dreckig), toller Grill , neue Wohnzimmermöbel ,tolle Betten , gemütliche Essecke und Wohnzimmer.

Man kann sich gut erholen. Nur die Heizung ist veraltet und verbraucht viel Strom. Sonst ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Und sehr guter Hilfe wenn mal was nicht funktioniert.

Rundum zufrieden

Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich und sauber. Die Terrasse und die Gartenwiese laden zum Entspannen ein. Im Hafen (2 Minuten Fußweg) gibt es frischen Fisch zu kaufen. Für Ruhesuchende ein wunderbares Domizil. Unser Hund hat sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gemütliches Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub braucht. Das Haus ist für vier Personen ausreichend. Bei schlechtem Wetter wird es etwas eng, aber es gibt genügend Möglichkeiten sich anderweitig zu beschäftigen. Kein weiter Weg zum Deich bzw. Hafen , auch die Nordseelagune und der Hundestrand sind zu Fuß erreichbar. ca. 20 Min. Wir würden wieder hin fahren.

Schönes kleines Häuschen in mitten einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Das Haus "Elli" ist dort zu finden unter der 172. Der Empfang auf dem Platz war sehr freundlich, obwohl die mit der Vermietung des Objektes nichts zu tun haben. Es lassen sich dort aber gut die Brötchen morgens holen, sofern man diese am Vortag bestellt hat. Die Lage ist nur einen kurzen Fußmarsch vom Hafen entfernt, von wo sich auch kleine Ausflugsfahrten machen lassen. Ein Besuch im 'Aqua Mundo' das ist ein Spaßbad in Tossens ist sehr zu empfehlen (Kurkarte nicht vergessen). Die Übergabe der Kurgästekarte erwies sich bei mir allerdings etwas schwierig, obwohl alle erforderlichen Daten bereits vorab übermittelt wurden. Für alle zu empfehlen die einen ruhigen Urlaub machen möchten, es empfiehlt sich auch Fahrräder mit zu bringen. Viel Spaß beim Urlaub machen...

Altes Häuschen in guter Lage

Das Haus ist einfach, aber vollkommen ok. Die Einrichtung ist recht umfangreich (besonders auch in der Küche) und man merkt, dass die Wohnung auch durch den Eigentümer bewohnt wird. Leider ist die Einrichtung großteils recht alt und etwas abgewohnt. An einigen Stellen wurde aber bereits etwas renoviert (Wohnzimmer Möbel, Laminatböden in Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmern). Die Küche ist einfach aber zweckmäßig. Die Schlafzimmer sind leider etwas klein und besonders das Elternschlafzimmer ist sehr ungemütlich (Metallbett, nur ein Nachttisch, defekte Lampe, defekte Steckdose, ...). Die Gartenstühle waren recht neu und toll. Die Wohnung verfügt leider nicht über WLAN. Die Beschreibung des Inserats war leider nicht besonders gut. Name des Hauses und / oder Hausnummer fehlten, ebenso Detailangaben zur Miete der Bettwäsche, Kurtaxe, etc. --> 3/5 Sternen auf das Objekt selbst. Die Lage des Objektes ist toll in einem Feriendorf direkt hinter dem Deich. Das Feriendorf verfügt über einen sehr großen Spielplatz und ein öffentliches WLAN am Eingangsbereich (in der Wohnung nicht verfügbar). Der Hafen von Fed Siel ist wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Dort gibt es auch Brötchen und Lebensmittel sowie frischen Fisch. Die Nordseelagune und Burhave sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. --> 5/5 Sternen für die Lage Vor der Anreise gab es einen netten Kontakt mit der Vermietern, dann aber leider weniger erfreulichen Kontakt mit ihrer lokalen Hausverwaltung und -betreuung. Die Dame, die uns die Bettwäsche und Handtücher übergeben sollte und für die Reinigung des Objekts verantwortlich ist, war leider etwas sperrig im Umgang. Bei Anreise waren Bettwäsche und Handtücher noch nicht da, obwohl extra in der Vorwoche durchgegeben hatten was wir brauchen. Wir mussten dann mit müden Kunden bis 20 Uhr auf Lieferung warten. Das Haus war nur oberflächlich sauber. In allen Ecken waren Spinnweben, unter den Betten, Schränken und Sofas war es sehr staubig und dreckig. Der Außenbereich war ungepflegt und teilweise stark verschmutzt (Taubendreck, Spinnweben, Unkraut, ...). --> 2/5 Sterne auf Sauberkeit und Anreise. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub dank tollem Wetter und super Lage und da wir uns trotz der etwas unbefriedigenden Sauberkeit dennoch wohl gefühlt haben.
