This comfortable studio bungalow is a single-story townhouse with approximately 65 square meters of living space.
It features a large living room with an adjoining kitchen and dining area.
It also features a hallway, a shower room with a toilet, and two bedrooms; one serves as the master bedroom with a double bed (2.00 x 1.80 m), and the other as a children’s room with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out to form a double bed.
This means you can relax comfortably with a total of 4 to 5 people without any space constraints.

A dog is allowed upon request.

The sofa area is cozy and just right for a relaxing vacation.
The terrace, which opens off the large panoramic windows in the living room, leads out to the garden and the lawn.
The garden is NOT fenced in!
A 42-inch smart TV with all free-to-air channels is included, as is a stereo system with a CD player.

The vacation home is fully equipped for self-catering with a complete set of dishes and silverware and features a full range of brand-new kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, exhaust hood, microwave, convection oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, etc.
In the cozy dining area, you can gather together, enjoy breakfast, and make plans for the day ahead.
The bedrooms are equipped with duvets and pillows for each bed.
Please bring your own bed linens, or you can rent them from us for a small fee…!

The children’s room also has enough space for 2 or 3 children.
We’ve provided a small selection of games here for you to pass the time.

The bathroom, featuring a skylight, has been completely redesigned and is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
In 2020, the windows and exterior doors, among other things, were completely replaced, and the two bedrooms were equipped with exterior roller shutters to block out light.
