Ruhige Unterkunft in zentraler Lage.
Die Lage perfekt. Die Wohnung schön eingerichtet. 3. Etage mit Gepäck… hält fit!
Die Wohnung hat nach Nikotin gerochen. Fiel besonders aus, wenn man Stunden später reingekommen ist. Duschen in der Wanne (ohne Griff) war etwas schwierig.

Super tolle Wohnung in fabelhafter Lage
Geräumige schöne Ferienwohnung mit richtig guter Ausstattung. Die Lage ist super zentral. Wenn man den Hof verlässt, kann man den alten Hafen schon sehen und die Innenstadt liegt um die Ecke. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung und in Flensburg sehr wohl gefühlt!
Für Mitte Oktober arbeitete die Heizung etwas zögerlich.

Ein Teil Stadtgeschichte, sehr zentral
Sehr zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage, Parkplatz ist ein plus, auch wenn etwas umständlich mit freien Parkplatz im Umfeld suchen, finden, dann Fernbedienung zunächst oben im dritten Stock abholen, dann erst zur Tiefgarage (350m) hinfahren und den Ablauf umgekehrt dann bei Check-out...
...man hat viele Fenster und Blicke von Gegenüber. Im dritten Stock, kein Fahrstuhl, für ältere Menschen nur bedingt geeignet

Eine tolle Unterkunft zentral und ruhig gelegen inkl. Tiefgaragenplatz! 2 Bäcker ums Eck und vieles mehr in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Gute Lage, schön Räume, katastrophales Bad!
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön aufgeteilt, mit Schlafraum, „Vor-Wohnraum“ und Küche, alles wirkt sehr hell und freundlich.
Das Bad bzw die Dusche ist voller schwarzem Schimmel, an drei Stellen! Da das Bad kein Fenster hat, ist natürlich schwer, die Luftfeuchtigkeit in den Griff zu bekommen. Aber das war echt eklig. Die Badewanne, in der geduscht wird, ist sehr hoch, so dass Ein-und Aussteigen nicht leicht ist und man leicht ausrutscht. Zudem wäre ein Duschvorleger schön.
