At first glace nice

The apartment is new, quiet, spacious and clean. It is well equipped, there is also a coffee machine, although there was no one capsule for it.

The bed is uncomfortable, the mattress is bumpy and hard. The rooms are dark and can not be well ventilated. Terrace is uncovered, chairs must be brought in to avoid getting rain.

We were second time in Zadar and we chose this apartment for our stay. Apartment is newly renovated, it has everything you need for your vacation stay. It is located in calm area, no street noises, so you can sleep with windows opened. Also you have a free parking spot, so no need to worry about that. Apartment itself is not getting hot from sun during the day, so when you come after beach there is nice temperature inside, also there is air conditioner. Both living room and bedroom has TVs, there is additional top mattress if main mattress would be too hard for your back. Bathroom is very clean and tidy, spacious kitchen with dinning table and a terrace to drink morning coffee. The host met us when we arrived explained everything and gave recommendations on restaurants. There is few restaurants nearby which serves very good food, domestic fish and squids - they are delicious! The host knows how to run hospitality business and how to make guests comfortable! I saw some comments about distance to city center. There was no problem because you can easily reach by car or even better by taxi for few EUR.

The appartmant was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location gave us an opportunity to travel around and avoid the city traffic. The host was very nice and friendly. We highly recommend it! :-)

Exceptional

This place is absolutely clean, like a 5* hotel, we felt very safe during covid times... Surface and hand sanitizer was also prepared for guests. Patio is very cute. Kitchen is very well equipped - incl. dish soap, new sponge, kitchen towels, sandwich maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven... Washing machine was a life saver 😊. Private parking is in front of the apartment. Small market and bar are around the corner. Neigbourhood is quiet and to the Sea Organs it is approx. 30 mins of walk. Nearest public beach is cca 15 mins by feet, but it was crowdy in the afternoon. Overall very pleasant stay, owner Martina and her family are really kind. We would stay here again 🙂 And dont leave Zadar without trying the Donat ice cream! 🙂

The perfect stay

Apartmen was exactly the same as in the photos. Our host, Martina, is very sweet, she was always here when we needed here. She even baked and brought us delicious desert.

Polecam wszystkim miasto Zadar i tęn apartament.

Cicha lokalizacja na osiedlu domków. Bardzo mili i przyjaźni właściciele. Czysty obiekt po generalnym remoncie. Parking pod domem. Bardzo wygodne osobne wejście do apartamentu poprzez prywatną furtkę. Wszystie możliwe marki sklepów w zasięgu 800 metrów.

Troszkę daleko pieszo do plaży i starego miasta. Wygodnie jest poruszać się autem.
