Closeburn House

Cosy nest in the middle of Blue Montains. Great hosts that are looking at every details to make the stay a parenthesis in time. Bedroom are really confortable, breakfast excellent, the garden is beautiful. I wish we would have stayed longer to enjoy more the ammenities of the house: the leaving room, the fire place, the garden. Great indications on what can been done nearby. I will definitely come back

A bit far away from the train station - we came walking from there (25min). Better to rent a car from Sydney and enjoy to ride around Blue Mountains and come back to rest at the hotel.

Our stay at Closeburn House was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. The breakfast was absolutely delicious — generous, beautifully prepared, and far more than enough to start the day. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, giving the whole experience a personalised touch that really stood out. The shared spaces are a highlight in themselves. They’re designed for pure relaxation: comfortable, inviting, and perfect for enjoying a quiet drink and a chat while taking in the beautifully landscaped gardens. It’s the kind of place where you instantly slow down and feel at ease. Closeburn House delivers charm, comfort, and outstanding hospitality in equal measure. A truly memorable stay and one we’re already looking forward to repeating.
