Everything was good

Country charm, modern rooms
I like a low rise softer pillow but apart from that everything was wonderful.

Lift was broken, our room on top floor was hard work. We were asked not to use air conditioning - some nonsense about affecting other residents. Would not have booked it with these faults. Room was very hot. Bathroom was small and a step up, which we kept on tripping over. Looked a nice period building from outside, but interior period fittings had been pretty much stripped out. Rather tired paintwork. No breakfast opportunity, and nowhere nearby.
