Das Haus ist einfach zu finden und es ist gut ausgestattet, WLAN und Dusche waren sehr gut. Der Garten ist schön mit einigen Sitzgelegenheiten und es gibt viel Platz für das Auto. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief sehr gut. Bei der Anreise gab es Wein und Obst geschenkt.
Es war sehr kalt im Haus, v.a. im Bad und auch im Schlafzimmer. Heizen konnte man nur im Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage (langwierig und geräuschvoll) und Ofen. Vermutlich durch die Kälte bedingt war es auch ziemlich feucht, Handtücher sind kaum getrocknet und an mehreren Stellen fiel die Farbe von der Wand und Decke, teilweise roch es feucht-modrig und die Fenster waren immer nass. Sobald Müll im Küchenabfalleimer lag bildeten sich Ameisenstrassen dorthin und auch auf die Küchenablage falls dort Brösel lagen und es gab häufig schwarze Würmer auf dem Boden.
