The environment offers a very attractive combination: from the plot you can enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean on one side, and the green mountainous landscape of the island on the other.

Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) and another with two single beds (0.90 × 2.00 m). The main bedroom has air conditioning.
Living-dining room with integrated kitchen — kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, extractor, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster; dining table with four chairs; in addition to sofa and satellite TV.
Bathroom with shower. There is also a washing machine (laundry room), and extras such as a hairdryer.
Terrace with table, chairs and sunbeds; garden with tall bushes that guarantee privacy; outdoor area ideal for enjoying the climate, silence, the sea in the background or the starry sky.
