We had a lovely stay in this nice and roomy apartment. Sunny Isle is lovely area of South Florida - the apt is very close to the beach and we enjoyed being close to Aventura and other nearby towns.

This Sunny Isles apartment was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, directly across from the beach, and the apartment itself was spotlessly clean with a great open floor plan, making our stay so enjoyable. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive, adding to the positive experience, and the price for such a prime spot was amazing. We had a wonderful time and are definitely planning to return!

Other than being relocated for construction and the kitchen utensils/ plates being dirty, the condo was clean and exactly as shown in the photos

The location is very good the beach just across the beach. To improve: confortable chairs in the condo. There were no Wine glasses and only 4 plates. Would recommend They equip the kitchen a bit better. Overall ok condo, however it would need a bit of rénovation and paint.
