Superb apartment of 45m2 on the 1st floor without elevator.
In a pleasant building, you will be charmed by this well-appointed accommodation. Access to the apartment via an entrance overlooking a large living room with kitchen. The bedroom side (with two beds) is isolated from the living room for more tranquility. Also close to the room is a bathroom with bathtub.
Access of travelers
Travelers will be the only ones to have access to the apartment during their rental.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, sheets, towels, a hygiene kit and basic consumables are provided during your stay.

My husband and I spent 6 days in Paris for my birthday. The apartment was perfect, 10 min from Arc de Triumph, 5 min from Subway/Metro, situated on a permanent market street with everything we needed- fruits/veggies, cheese, charcuterie, meat, fish, boulangerie, grocery store… plenty of small, brasseries « de cartier »! Amazing ! Is our second stay at this apartment and we will certainly return ! Very quiet, offers all appliances. Just excellent !

We had a great stay. Benjamin was a wonderful host. The flat was just right for us. The neighborhood was perfect and so was the location in general. Wonderful shops and cafes. Very easy to get around. Hope to be back someday!

Ben was very helpful and easy to work with. Honestly have no complaints with the property or experience other than wanting a little bit softer bed and a couple more pillows.
Perfect place for a couple. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with markets, groceries, and cafes a block away and off the beaten path. Easy access to the Metro and everything you need is in walkable distance. So thankful we found this property!

Benjamin was an excellent host and went out of his way to make sure we were confortable in the apartment. The apartment itself is large, perfect for couples, has a nice kitchen and living room and easy access to all Ternes has to offer. Very much would recommend this stay
