The Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées, Eiffel Tower and Tuileries Garden/Place de Concorde are all within walking distance. Aside from being nearby some of the most famous monuments in the world, the tenant of this apartment has a plethora of choices between movie theaters, high-end restaurants, boutiques and cafés.
Just a few minutes from the apartment is the Parc Monceau, a beautiful 19th-century English landscaped park, an oasis, great for jogging, walks with children, or just a quiet moment with a book.
The Poncelet Market, another short jaunt, has an abundant choice for all immediate shopping : bakeries, butchers, supermarkets and fresh vegetables, fish and flowers. Furthermore, the area is quite safe, even late at night, and also practical with doctors and drug stores.
The nearby bus or metro easily take you to further destinations like the Louvre, Musée D’Orsay, the Marais, the latin quarter and Notre Dame.
