About this house rental
Welcome to our beautiful home (aka Pelican Villa).

Our private pool home is located in the heart of Cape Coral, Florida.
With over 2100 square feet of living area, this home was recently remodeled with new kitchen, baths, travertine tile throughout, new interior paint, window treatments and new fans and fixtures. The home features a separate living room/dining combo with a large family room in the rear of home. The living room has a sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have tv's. There is a wireless printer on site, wi-fi and a beautiful caged pool. Electric heat for pool is available at an additional cost. The home is gorgeous!
The family room, living room and master bedroom bedroom all offer sliding glass doors (pocketing) out onto the lanai/pool area.
Very close to downtown shopping and dining.
The Boathouse Restaurant at the Cape Coral Yacht Club is 4 miles away.
4 to 5 miles from Cape Coral's Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour!
Ft. Myers Beach is 13 miles away
Rental rates are for a typical family (2 adults and 3 children) or 4 adults. Additional fees apply for extra guests.
Please note that during high season (January, February and March) we only rent out the entire month. We cannot break up the months and rent in the middle of a month into the middle of the next month.
Note: There is a $75/week allowance for electricity for a 30 day period. Any overage will be charged to the guest. $0.15/KWH. Internet is not unlimited. Usage of 1.2TB/mo. $10 plus tax per 50GB after.
NOTE: Additional fee may be applicable if is excessive cleaning is required.
NOTE: The grill on lanai must be fully cleaned before departure. This is not part of the cleaning fee. If grill is not cleaned, a $50 charge is applicable.

We stayed for a week over Christmas break and loved the property. There was enough space for everyone to be comfortable and the area felt safe. The home was clean, well taken care of and had many extras to help for a week away. Tara was so great to deal with always responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this beautiful home for a girls holiday. The home was very clean and well set up, it was close to everything, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this location. I will be booking this again in the future

Beautiful vacation rental. This house was very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen had top of the line appliances, cookware and utensils. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. The lanai and pool were used daily. The bikes in the garage were a nice extra. Also, our host Tara was very friendly and attentive. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. My husband and I would definitely rent this house again!
