This is a great home for a family get-away or a couples retreat. Everything that you need to relax and enjoy.
Spend your days relaxing in this beautiful full southern exposure pool, with outdoor shower and your nights lounging on the spacious lanai that runs the length of the house. Perfect spot to grill out or play some board games (monopoly and Clue provided). Very private backyard and pool area in quiet neighborhood.
Prime location just minutes from downtown Cape Coral where you'll find restaurants, shops and nightlife. Captiva and Sanibel Island are just a short distance and the Gulf of Mexico is practically in your backyard. Beach chairs (2) and umbrella provided.
This 3 bedroom split floor plan boasts spacious bedrooms and allows privacy for all guests. The house was spotless when we arrived. Maureen the owner kept in contact with us to ensure everything was good and we didn’t need anything. Pool was as serviced weekly and water temperature was comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property

I have stayed here multiple times and will return again. Perfect location and amenities. Host is friendly and communicative. Easy drive to beaches and shops. We always have a wonderful stay at this home.
