Kids-Friendly Central Cape Coral Gem! Pool and play room

We had an excellent week and really enjoyed the house. Check in and communication was fast, friendly and easy. Area felt very safe and clean. The location is a great and central, a good start to many activities. The house and neighborhood was very quiet, we had a great sleep and didn't notice any noise. AC was working efficient, silent and comfortable. Kitchen electronics were up to date and high quality. The place is huge, there is a lot of space and rooms. The three of us definitely had more space than we needed. Pool was a little cold but our daughter had a blast anyway. Patio was nice and relaxing, too. Everything was spotless clean, nothing to complain about. Also the shower was very comfortable and with good pressure. We would definitely choose this gem again!

Kitchen could use some more utensils and silverware. Some of the provided kids toys were broken and also some parts of the sandbox. Our daughter had enormous fun anyway. These were all minor details, and none of these points detracted from our excellent experience.

The hostess was very accommodating. Prior to arrival they answered every question promptly. They came to the site on the 4th of July to help with the hot tub and the BBQ. Outstanding service and a wonderful kid friendly home. I would definitely stay again.

The place was very clean and welcoming ! Nice game room on the garage and we also enjoy the nice swimming pool.
