About this cottage rental
If you are looking for a quite, peaceful vacation rental in Panama City Beach, you just come to the right place. This cottage is best suitable for couples looking for a romantic Getaway or for parents with 1-2 children. Our fenced backyard cottage is Dog-friendly upon approval for an additional Pet fee of $15 per pet/ per day (max. 2 pets). This clean one bedroom cottage is located just a short walking or a very short driving to the beach. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, refrigerator with ice maker in freezer, washer/dryer, dining table, chairs. Included is a queen size bed, a queen futon, a chaise lounge that can be converted to a single bed. We have a beautiful Argentina Queen Palm Tree in the fenced back yard with patio.
Neighborhood is quiet and clean. Friendly neighbors!
Very close drive to St. Andrews state park, where you can enjoy sightseeing, snorkeling and scuba diving. Boat ramp and dock, Busters Bait shop located just steps away. Walmart, Water park, Amusement park, great Pier Park Town Shopping Center, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Golf and other entertainments, Restaurants, favorites like Capt. Jack's Buffet, Hammerhead Fred's, Guadalajara, Pineapple Willy's, Spinnaker's are just a short drive away. It is a few minutes drive to Emerald Falls for Go-Karts, putt-putt and rides.
Our cottage is located very close to Capt. Anderson Marina on Historic Grand Lagoon where you can rent jet ski or a pontoon boat to visit Shell Island, book a Charter Fishing trip or enjoy a waterfront drink and dinner at Marina Cantina. Free Live Music at Newby's, Foghorn's.
Public transportation is available on Thomas Dr. with a short walk to the trolley stop.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is a 1bedroom, 1.5bath. Well kept and clean. The kitchen has all you need. The yard for your pets is awesome, it filled with sand and feels like your at a beach hideaway. Love it! We will definitely book again, hoping there will be a TV in the bedroom.

Everything was Perfect !
Place was nice, clean and close by everything in PCB.

Clean, nice, not too big and exactly what we needed for our stay while being in PCB for the Grandslam World Series. Convenient to parks we played at as well.

This cottage made our family trip special. We enjoyed being able to cook and eat together and being so close to the beach. Communicating with the the owner was easy and the responses were swift. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!
