About this house rental
Delightful two-room apartment entirely available, tasteful finishes, in the center but quiet, spacious, with high ceilings in traditional wood coffered, completely renovated and equipped with everything you need to live from Fiorentino without worries. Possibility of parking (for a fee) in the garage just below the house.
The apartment is literally 50 meters from the Duomo and overlooks the street, on the first floor (no elevator, 24 steps). It has recently been completely renovated with classic Florentine finishes: terracotta flooring at the entrance and in the living room, parquet flooring in the bedroom and bathroom, high wooden coffered ceilings.
It consists of entrance hall, living room with kitchenette and bedroom with en suite bathroom. Throughout the apartment works Internet WI-FI (fast and unlimited),
the kitchen is equipped with stove, electric oven and microwave, The living room is well furnished, with a table for 4, large sofa bed, bookcase, desk, TV and air conditioner.
The large bedroom, with extremely silent ceiling ventilation, was created by separating a large salon space with a wall; It has no external windows but takes light and air from a polychrome glass that connects it to the salon itself.
The bed is double, and to store things there are comfortable spaces (a wardrobe, two drawers); the bedside tables complete the furniture.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
The heating is autonomous.
Just below the house there is a convenient garage that allows access to the car in the restricted traffic area of the Old Town

It was just what we needed for our stay. We didn't plan to sleep much so it's suited its needs. We probably would have cooked more in the house if we had more utensils and pots and pans

Exactly as described and even better in person. Super location with a wonderful restaurant one door down. Excellent communication from Donatella and was very thoughtful in the amenities. Would be happy to stay again. Ample refrigerator, and enjoyed the kitchen. Bathroom was well designed and spacious. Happy we chose this establishment for our stay.

Donatella is a very gracious host and responded quickly to all requests. The flat is very conveniently located to the center of the city. It’s fine for a short stay with the very basics, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay. I stayed for a month while taking intensive Italian lessons and it was not terribly comfortable for a long stay. The cooking area is very small and equipped with only a few basics and the sofa and dining chairs were uncomfortable for studying. But if you’re looking for something for convenience and just to sleep and prepare occasional meals, it is perfectly fine.
