House is conveniently located on beautiful ½ acre lot with views of ocean and access to private beach, near the Little Island drawbridge, Wianno Yacht Club, Nauticus Marina, Chart Room at Crosbys restaurant. Less then 5 Minute drive to beautiful Dowses Beach, & Craigville Beach. About 20 minutes to New Seabury. We are located right outside Oyster Harbors. A 10-minute walk to Osterville center. In a child safe neighborhood, close public boat launch, golf, shopping, restaurants, theaters, children's museum and more. A great rental for the upscale, discerning family. Beautifully furnished.
Upper & Lower Decks, It is all about the outdoor life!
Have coffee or a meal on the upper & lower front decks and enjoy the great views of the ocean (bay).
Back yard can seat 15 people to a sit down meal right off the grill area.
Bike ride or Kayak all around the island and have a blast in the breeze.

Dan was generous with time and attention to detail, especially in terms of safety & health preparation. Home is super clean and comfortable for a family. The property and location are great and offer plenty of outdoor options. We really enjoyed staying, exploring the bay, eating every meal outside and hanging. Thank you for everything. Memorable vacation!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home on our family vacation this past week, Osterville is a beautiful quiet neighbor. The owner's are very responsive and accommodating and the home is clean and well kept. My family of 5 plus my parents felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
