Me and some friends stayed at the house for a long weekend and we loved the house everything was clean plenty of space to relax and lay back for the weekend lots of beds and plenty of bathrooms for everyone the outdoor shower was a great addition the host had great communication with the whole weekend neighborhood was nice and quiet and if your worried about the summer heat the fans and air conditioning all around the house work fantastic I highly recommend this home for anyone trying to take a trip to the cape. Also great location there’s plenty of things to do in the area. 10/10 I highly recommend over almost any other house around. Thankyou for letting us stay we had a great time

Property is in a very convenient location near a beautiful pond with walking trails. This is not a 4-bedroom home but a 3 bedroom with a walk-through room with beds. Odd layout with only one full bath upstairs and two downstairs (one is primary suite bathroom). Nice flat yard but the deck needs to be replaced and would be hazardous for small children (uneven, nails popping out, wood splintering). Generally well-equipped but some generic cleaning products would be nice in each bathroom and the kitchen. We had beautiful weather so the outdoor shower was nice!

Highly recommend this house for families, friends, or groups traveling together. Lots of "break-out" spaces, gourmet kitchen, sun deck, and proximity to the town of Osterville. Extremely clean. Our host, Sam, was very helpful and available to answer all of our questions. We will definitely stay at this house again.
