About this house rental
This beautiful, spacious newly constructed home is situated on a 1/2 acre lot located on Little Island, Osterville, close to area beaches, golfing, restaurants and the town center. The home has beach rights to a tranquil private beach on North Bay, just steps from the back yard. Bring your beach chairs, kayak or paddle board and walk to the beach to launch. The back yard was designed for outdoor life and entertaining friends and family with comfortable seating, al fresco dining, an outdoor ping pong table, a gas fire pit and gas grill. Also an outdoor shower and a perfect lawn to kick a ball around on well maintained, landscaped grounds. We are located close proximity to the Oyster Harbors Club and approximately a 5 to 10 minute walk to Oyster Harbors Marine, Wianno Yacht Club and The Chart Room Restaurant. Add another 5 minutes and walk to the Osterville Center. Beautiful Dowses Beach is 2 miles from the Home! More photos available upon request. No smokers or pets allowed. No events.

The house and property are beautiful and immaculately maintained. Close to town. Close to the beach. And the neighborhood is charming. I would happily rent this house again.

It was our first time at the Cape, and we chose to stay in Osterville because it seemed pretty centralized to the cities we wanted to spend time in. Spent a week with our family of 7 including 2 littles and was blown away by how GORGEOUS the stay was. Perfect bedroom setup for our family, large spacious kitchen, indoor/outdoor living spaces, some fantastic natural light, a wet bar, and fire pit. The home is all beautifully decorated and the area is so picturesque. Lots to do in town… we could have spent weeks just exploring. So much to do! Check in/out was easy! If Christine would have us, we would love to be back. Thanks for a safe and peaceful stay, Christine!

This house is beautiful and brand new! The host was very gracious and very attentive to any questions we had along the way. We plan on staying at this home again in the future, it was perfect for our family. Thanks again Christine

The house was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. However, it’s located on a street with faster traffic than we expected, so we didn’t feel comfortable walking in the neighborhood. The advertised “private beach” was also somewhat difficult to access, as the path to it went through a marshy area.During our stay, we experienced an issue with the hot water. We were understanding about it and didn’t request compensation at the time. After our visit, the host charged us for coffee pods even though we explained to her we had brought our own and didn’t use any provided. When we reached out to clarify and ask about reimbursement for having no hot water, we unfortunately didn’t receive a response.It’s a lovely home overall, but our experience didn’t quite match the expectations we had for a higher-end rental.
