I loved this darling cottage. Everything was so quaint. The host was so accommodating. It was listed as a 3 bedroom with 3 queen beds. It’s actually 2 bedrooms with a loft, open to the main room below. Not a problem for us, though. We loved it and would definitely stay there again.

We cave into town for the Taylor Swift concert in Indianapolis and wanted to stay out of the hustle and bustle. This cottage was exactly what we were looking for! Super clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The host was very easy to communicate with and even sent advice on how to get to the cottage. A little slice of paradise!

The Quail cabin was big enough to sleep 6 of us and my dog inn2 bedrooms and a loft. It was clean, comfortable and yet what we needed for a relaxing weekend. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with cutting board, cutlery, etc. I brought my own crockpot for chili so supper would be waiting for us after a day at McCormick’s Creek state park, but I had asked our host if one was available so I knew to bring mine. The gas fireplace inside was warm and inviting, the rain head shower was relaxing and the log swing on the front porch was comfortable but it was too cold to swing for long or to enjoy the fire pit for s’mores. We’ll have to come back in the summer or fall to enjoy those!

We were traveling to get away from Hurricane Ida and this stop along the way made for a lovely respite. The kitchen has everything you could need, and all of the beds were super comfortable and the decor was tasteful. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Quail Run Cottage exceeded our expectations. We were already planning a return trip before we even left. The biggest downside was that our stay was too short. Thank you John, Kenneth and your Pleasant Grove Farm for your hospitality and a wonderful first trip away since COVID. We are excited to return soon !!
